Upon placing an order you agree to the following terms and conditions
Payment in full will be made when placing your order. If you cancel prior to being notified your order has been started, your money (minus a 5% service charge) will be refunded. If you cancel after being notified your order has been started, but prior to being notified it has been shipped, your money (minus a 35% charge to cover costs) will be refunded. If you cancel after being notified your order has been shipped the sale is final. All items are inspected in detail, shipped in perfect condition and packaged in such a way to ensure their arrival in the same condition. If the item(s) arrive with obvious damage to the packaging, do not sign before inspecting contents and informing the shipping company of any damage. Please inform us of any hidden damage. We will provide insurance, at no extra cost to you, on all packages. If damage is found, please email us and we will make immediate arrangements for a replacement.
If you have a warranty issue please email us with a photograph if possible and an explanation of the issue and you will receive further instructions. If asked to return the item, package the item(s) in such a way as to not damage the item(s) further or return in original packaging. Email us for a return shipping number. Upon receipt a determination will be made whether to repair or replace. If the Item(s) need to be replaced you will have the option to receive a replacement at no charge or your money refunded in full for the item(s) returned.
